The theme this week for One Powerful Hour is Masks. I made this a couple of years ago for a masked ball - it was made from a plain white mask. I still have it :)
Debbie this is fabulous! And you got to use it making it even better. The colors are so soft and feminine! i love the feathers and the tuale (sp?) hanging down...Perfect!
